My worst problems are fear of when cirrosis or liver cancer will hit, and the mental confusion that is caused by ammonia building up in my blood.

Eventually I will lose everything over this.

It is inevitable.

I was 17 years old when I had an accident at work and had to get some blood, now I am 40 and I believe I am on my last hurrah. It's all down hill from here. So many people have this without knowing it that it can only keep spreading. Liver cancer is a hard way to go.

I am now depressed most of the time and I must take anti cancer drugs witch make me so sick that I am not sure I want to get better.
