Time was.

If not now, when, if not here, where? I have only one life to give and I willingly regret to announce that your flight has been cancelled due to inclement conditions.

I am become death. World without end.

I once saw a poster of Einstein hanging in the jail cell of a convicted murderer. They were doing a special on Dateline about life on death row. It was Einstein in his swimming trunks, and the man who was in the cell was executed within the week of the broadcast. This picture touched me, and I’m not sure why.

The unified field theory is coming, and not a moment too soon.

Will the moment when the unknown becomes known also be the moment of our destruction?
